This integrated system supports the parallel operation and terminal power distribution of four 630A generator sets, serving as a customized backup power guarantee and overall power distribution solution for medium and large-scale commercial buildings, industrial parks and other scenarios.
1. Generator Set Parallel Control Unit
Parallel Controller: As the core control module of the cabinet, it manages synchronous paralleling, load sharing and fault switching of four generator sets. It automatically collects voltage, frequency and phase data of each unit to achieve impact-free synchronous parallel operation.
Electrical Protection Components: Equipped with protective devices such as circuit breakers and relays, it provides comprehensive protection against overload, short circuit and reverse power, effectively preventing equipment damage during parallel operation.
Human-Machine Interaction Unit: The panel is fitted with voltage, current and frequency meters, as well as start/stop buttons and an emergency stop switch, enabling on-site real-time monitoring, manual operation and emergency shutdown.
2. 630A Parallel Circuit Unit
Main Circuit Breaker: Adopts a 630A Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) to protect the incoming and outgoing lines of a single generator set. Matching the rated output current of a single unit, it acts as the power access gateway for the parallel system.
Copper Busbar Connection System: High-standard copper busbars are used to converge power from four generator sets, ensuring stable and safe power transmission under high-current operating conditions.
3. Terminal Power Distribution Cabinet
Power Distribution Protection Module: Equipped with multiple branch circuit breakers, it reasonably distributes the total converged power to various terminal loads and provides overload and short-circuit protection for each branch circuit.
Terminals and Busbars: Adopting standardized and neat wiring design, it greatly facilitates equipment operation, routine inspection and maintenance.
Application Scenarios
Large Commercial Buildings: Acts as an emergency backup power source for shopping malls and office buildings, ensuring the normal operation of basic equipment and fire protection systems during mains power outages.
Industrial Parks & Factories: Provides emergency power for production lines and various processing equipment, avoiding production shutdowns caused by power failures.
Public Facilities: Suitable for critical venues such as hospitals and data centers, delivering stable and reliable backup power for core equipment.
