Working Principle: After municipal power enters the low-voltage distribution box, it first passes through an isolator, which cuts off power during maintenance to ensure operator safety before flowing into the circuit breaker. Under normal operation, the circuit breaker remains closed, distributing power to each branch through the busbar to supply electrical equipment. In the event of overload, short circuit or other faults, the built-in protection module triggers an automatic trip to cut off the power. Meanwhile, monitoring instruments collect real-time circuit data. Protective components quickly disconnect the circuit against leakage, motor overload and other abnormal conditions, ensuring full safety for equipment and personnel.
Application Scenarios:
Civil Buildings: Distributes household electrical power and ensures stable power supply for lighting, elevators, air conditioning and other facilities in shopping malls, hotels and office buildings;
Industrial Production: Supplies power to factory motors, machine tools and production equipment, and manages power distribution for workshop lighting and ventilation systems to adapt to industrial operating conditions;
Municipal Engineering: Applied to power distribution for road lighting, traffic signal lights, sewage treatment plants, water pump stations and other municipal facilities to achieve standardized and safe power supply.
