Low-Voltage Power Distribution System

Power Input：After the upstream high-voltage power distribution system steps down the voltage to 380V/220V via a transformer, electric power is transmitted to the cabinet’s main switch (Chint NXM-1600S molded case circuit breaker) to complete power input connection.

Power Distribution Operation：The main switch delivers total electric power to the internal busbar system of the equipment. Multiple branch circuit breakers divide the power into independent circuits to meet diverse power demands for lighting, general power supply and equipment loads.

Safety Protection：In case of circuit faults such as overload and short circuit, the corresponding branch circuit breaker trips automatically to cut off the faulty circuit instantly. If the fault spreads to the main circuit, the main switch will activate the protection mechanism synchronously to prevent fault escalation and fully secure the entire power distribution system and electrical equipment.
